  1. 1. For Houses, Townhomes, and Apartments, Express Services offer Priority Service.
  2. 2. New evictions that are not posted on the credit report, or Evictions under 5 years old and Paid or on a payment plan.
  3. 3. For negative background, evictions, Less Than five years old, not on a payment plan, please select the Grey button below.

3. Select Grey Button below, 389.

  1. 1. Evictions are less than 10 years old and do not have a payment plan in place.   
  2. 2. Evictions are those under 5 years old that are either unpaid or on a payment plan.
  3. 3. For negative background, evictions, Less Than five years old, not on a payment plan, please select the Grey button below.
  4. 4. For more than two misdemeanors and more than one eviction, evictions that are less than five years old and are not paid or are not on a payment plan.

 

4. Custom Payment: Enter the exact amount to pay if it is different than the above.

Variations include Rent to Own, Special Location Services, and the addition of express services to the aforementioned options.
