ISSUES: MISDEMEANOR 2024 Domestic Violence

1. Good evening, Esther,

 I found Home Renters Helpers online and applied not sure what to expect. Walking into this situation, I was very pessimistic and worried that I wouldn’t be able to find an apartment because of my background. 

After applying online, I quickly received an email and phone call within the next day helping me to get in contact with my counselor, Esther. While in contact with my counselor, the process to find a home was easy, straightforward and simple - the hard work was done by their team. I provided my preferences, then they followed up with a list of apartments ending with me choosing my options for them to contact. The entire timeframe from first contact to getting approved for an apartment was about 2 weeks - much quicker than I expected. 

I am grateful for Esther with her professionalism and quick work. She was responsive, answered all my questions and was determined to work with me to find me a new home especially if we ran into issues. We found a perfect new home from me with everything I was searching for and did not need to compromise for what I wanted. I recommend Esther and Home Rental Helpers to trustingly find a perfect place to call home!
