My experience with Home Rental Helpers was extremely satisfactory! Ms. Dory Smith, my case manager, since day one, was wonderful, diligent, and greatly professional. She took care of me like she knew me from before; keeping me updated regularly. At first, I was very concerned that I would not find a place to live fast enough because I had limited time before my current lease ended. Also, my credit score was very low for having accounts in collections being paid through a special program to reduce debt and late payments to credit cards. A little before I found Home Rental Helpers, I had already applied for an apartment and I was denied the application based on my credit report. Ms. Dory took my case and made wonders! She was patient enough to provide me with plenty of time and various options until I found one apartment that met my needs. I applied on May 22, 3:40 pm and I received the approval on May 23, 4:20 pm. Immediately, Ms. Dory called me to personally congratulate me, and with sincere gratitude, I thanked her! I recommend Home Rental Helpers and especially Ms. Dory Smith’s services 100%. They deeply care for their clients and it genuinely shows. I wish I could have learned about them sooner.
