I hope you are experiencing a productive and successful day!

UPDATE: I sent a letter to the Judge requesting the Eviction be removed from my background record. I was sent the link to check to see how others checking my background would be viewed. When I checked the link, it wasn’t even there.

The studio apartment that I was In Love with got rented. There is another one in the same complex of MAA Frisco Bridges that Samantha sent to me. It will be available on October 8th to view: #1240, 714 sq ft., $1005.00 per month on a 13month Lease. So, I am still looking. In fact, I called today and MAA also has a studio apartment just opened up for least: #1357, 799 sq ft., $1357 per month.

Samantha is doing a FANTASTIC job of helping me with my credit repair. I will be writing the letters today to send out. She literally went line item by line item with me yesterday on my credit report. Thank you, Samantha!  Key Credit Repair NEVER did that, and I’d been paying them since April and here I am in October and my credit is still not even in the 600’s. 

Roy, I  am hoping to land a part-time job soon to compensate for the $200 deficit in salary criteria, in terms of what MAA will work with me on.
