I’m feeling soooo much relief after going with Home Rental Heplers to help me find my new home. As Charlotte NC is growing at such a fast rate, it’s becoming more difficult to find a new place to live and have swift results.

I was referred to Home Helpers from a friend who has used them in the past and it gave me the inspiration I needed to trust a helper company for almost anything these days. 

I applied right before my birthday and they immediately pursued my interests. I was assigned a case manager “Ester”, who in my opinion was absolutely wonderful with many angles of my new place project. 

I say this because a lot of companies will take their sweet time once you sign up for things. Ester was understanding, motivated, and very diligent with my case. I explained that as a youngster I got into some trouble that left a permanent stain on my record, my credit was almost worthless due to young decision making, annnnnnd I just started working at my new job only a month ago. 

This is actually mind blowing because I’ve been turned down and lost a lot of money with application fees. This has proven to be a Major turning point in my life because no one has given me the opportunity to show my growth in society.

I’m sooo thankful for Ester and her entire team!

The process wasn’t hard at all, just a few personal questions about your history then…Snap, crackle, and pop, it took me almost a week due to my new job to respond to emails but once I responded, it only took Ester a week to find and get me approved for the house I’m moving into…and that’s crazy lol. I expected at least a month or so. So if your case manager is Mrs. Ester, get ready to move in very soon. 

I recommend Home Helpers to everyone. I even intend to use them again in the future for a bigger place because my family is growing and kids are getting older.
