My credit is in the 600 my problem was not so much my credit, it was due to pass eviction I had on my record.

Please include how responsive we were to your needs and concerns.

It took some a couple of days to get a response back, but I understand because I know I was not your only client, I was just grateful to get some help.

Please share how quickly you got approval. 

After I received those list of apartments, I showed interest to the one I got approved now , it took approximately four days to get approved 

What do you think about your Case Manager (Jo) that was assigned to your case?  Her personality. She was nice and respectful
