Good evening Dory, 

 

I am literally just seeing your message. The leasing agent called me back yesterday and said that the approval was back on again. She stated that the her Boss said as long as I was able to pay the bond fee. So it looks like a go again. 

 

The leasing agent requested my bank statements which I sent over and I also downloaded my direct deposit pay stubs and sent them over as well. Everything should be good to go now, but I will keep you updated. The bond fee is hefty so I might be moving in the middle of next month. Nonetheless, you will know where and when. Thanks for the new listings. I will take a look at them on GP.
