Yes! A major update!!!

I had forgot over the weekend I had set up an appointment to look at a condo.. they owners have called me when they were at the property waiting for me to come and I felt really bad so I got up and went there right away was a little late..I sincerely didn’t think they were going to approve me or anything..

 BUT when I went in.. it felt like home.. Two bedrooms in the henderson area that I wanted and they had the rent listed as 1700 but they liked me and gave it to me for 1650!!!

I have the keys in hand and I move in Saturday and my deposit and move in cost is 2800 that includes this months Rent!!!!!!

I’m so very thankful I am so overjoyed thank you for spending the last month with me helping me find a home I appreciate you and I learned so much thank you again and I have a home finally!!!!
