I wanted to share some more exciting news regarding Sadrick! He has officially been approved through OneApp, completed his approval agreement, and successfully made the required $968 payment. His Approval Certificate and payment confirmation have also been issued!

We’re now looking forward to Creekside finalizing the remaining steps so he can move forward with his lease and move-in.
