Good news, I just paid the 599 approval fee to hold the apartment now all I have to do is pay the guarantor fee and I can sign my lease. I had to move up my move in date to 9/22 but

I will only be responsible for a prorated rent amount for September. This all works out perfectly with my pay schedule so it’s safe to say the apartment is mine! Thank you for your hard work and assistance in this matter, I wouldn’t have found this place without your help.
