Hey Jo Good morning, I have spoke with Jermaine today. I have also seen inside of the home today a hour ago. I made the rental payment of 1000$, I also made the security deposit of 700$, and I made another payment of 300$ he said for the lock box fee. Now I am on my way to print out the paperwork/ documents he sent me to be signed. He stated he will meet me at the house today after I get back to the house from printing paperwork out.
