Otis, Kristy just called and said nice things about you and Cash.

I will write the lease to take effect Monday, February 2, 2026, like we discussed. It will be a one year lease and after the year it can be continued on a month to month basis.

I will give you the keys at the time we sign the lease and the funds are transferred.

It will be up to you to call the Electric, Gas and Water Companies and establish service in your name at that time.

I will go to the house today to finish the painting. The cleaning people are suppose to clean this coming Monday and the carpet cleaning company is supposed to come next Thursday  so that everything will be ready for you on the second.

Like I said I will be at the house today if you want to stop by and talk or feel free to call with any questions.

I look forward to having you as a tenant and hopefully becoming good friends.
