Good morning, I wanted to update you and let you know that after specking with Chris about the apartment on The Park Lux-Triumph on the Park 1 Bedroom unit I got approved & will be paying first month rent this week Friday to secure the unit!!!!! & The last months rent will be paid at the time of move in.
