I would like to rate the company Second Chance an A! 

My issues wasn’t about credit, It was about an old balance on a previous property. 

I was never evicted or did not have a criminal back round. The balance was me giving 30 days notice instead of 60 days to not renew my lease at the time, also the facility charged me for carpet,  blinds, normal wear & tear on the unit. 

I also was charged for things in the unit that was left behind due to me not being able to to get help with removal at the time.

 However, my case worker Ms. Jo Hernandez was very helpful in finding a spot that dealt with balances through a special program called Guarantors that determines your security deposit when you move in despite of any balances!!

 I will definitely recommend this Second Chance  Program & Caseworker Ms. Jo Hernandez to anyone who needs it. I paid $189 and signed up with this program Aug 8,2024 and was able to find my apt Aug 29,2024 and got a sweet deal.  Thank you Second Chance!!
